Course Overview
Nestled on 500 acres of heavily wooded land within the Huron National Forest, Forest Dunes has become one of the country’s most peaceful and exciting golf experiences. In this pristine setting, British Open Champion Tom Weiskopf designed a classic with modern enhancements. The front “forest” nine highlights parkland-style holes meandering through corridors of red and jack pines with elaborate bunkering. The back “dunes” nine features a wider landscape with rugged native sand areas and scruffy underbrush. Known for creating drivable par 4 holes, Weiskopf presents a great risk/reward opportunity on the 17th. An additional “bye” hole offers an opportunity to settle any matches that are tied. The 19th is a 100-yard shot over water to an undulating green with a bunker in the middle.

Dress Code
Soft-spiked golf shoes or soft-soled golf shoes are mandatory at Forest Dunes.
- Men
Golf slacks and collared or mock neck golf shirts. Golf shorts are acceptable but must be no shorter than mid-thigh. Items not permitted are jeans, denim attire of any kind, or gym shorts. - Women
Golf skirts, dresses, slacks, culottes or golf shorts are acceptable, but must be no shorter than mid-thigh. Shirts must have sleeves if it does not have a collar. Jeans and denim attire of any kind, tennis or gym shorts are not permitted.
