Course Overview

The Heather by Robert Trent Jones has stood the test of time as an elite, best of the best, championship course. It was our first championship course, developed in 1966, was also recognized as the 2019 National Golf Course Owners Course of the Year! Take your shots along wide tree-lined fairways, sculpted bunkers and daunting water hazards. The Heather has played host to the Michigan Amateur five times since 1997.

Tank tops, t-shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, jams, sweat pants, bathing suits, tennis shorts or other athletic shorts more than 4 inches above the knees are not permitted.
